  • Open Christmas Eve 5am-5pm

Important notes -

  • Packages to be paid in full upon order. 
  • Please note, no items in the packages can be substituted.
  • Due to time constraints, we are unable to construct seafood platters for purchase, however DIY empty platters are available for purchase for $4 each.

All packages will be packed with sensational snap frozen seafood.
Simply place your seafood in the fridge the day before you’d like to eat it and it will slowly defrost.

Every year Preston Fresh Seafood offers online pre-ordering of Fresh Fish and Festive Seafood Packages for collection in the days leading up to Christmas.

Smoked Seafood

This year we are presenting you with 2 different ways that seafood can be smoked: cold smoked & hot (not spicy) smoked. 

Cold smoked is the traditional smoked salmon that you normally see with eggs benedict (thin slices).

Hot smoked presents in portions. You can enjoy it as is as an entrée, flaked and tossed into a salad or made into a dip and enjoyed with crackers (mix with some Kewpie Mayonnaise, red onions, lemon, shallots etc).

Do you take Christmas orders?

We only take orders for our 3 set Christmas Packages but please do not panic. Keep reading.

I’m not after a package but I still want seafood! What can I do?

We have tonnes of seafood and we won’t run out. We are packed to the rafters. Our industrial sized freezers enable us to be fully stocked before, during & after Christmas.

If you’d like to save time during the festive season, you can come in store before Christmas and purchase your seafood. We have an extensive range of snap frozen seafood including prawns, bugs, lobsters, scallops, squid, octopus, fish. Purchase your seafood and keep it in your freezer. Then, simply place the seafood in the fridge the day before you would like to eat it and it’ll slowly defrost.

Your 2 options:

  • You can stock up early in December (first couple of weeks are generally “quieter”) on your frozen seafood and keep it in your freezer.

    • You can choose to do all of your shopping during this time depending on what you’re after

    • And/or come back in on the 23rd & 24th if you’d like to purchase additional seafood e.g. fresh fish, fresh oysters, live mud crabs.

  • You can come in on the 23rd and 24th of December for all of your seafood and embrace the Christmas rush

Can you please tell me about your packages?

  • We have 3 set Christmas seafood packages that range from $140-$550. (Please note that no items can be changed/substituted).

  • You can order your package online via our website from the 11th of November until the 18th of December.

  • There are designated time slots for pick up on the 23rd & 24th of December.

  • Full payment is required upon placing your order online. This helps the pickup day run smoother.
